Note: The AC adapter is only required for Palm V™ organizer users.

• Connect the USB to serial port adapter to the USB port on your Macintosh.

Synchronize your data.

• Double-click the Palm™ Desktop icon in the Palm folder.

• Place your handheld in the cradle and press the HotSync

button.

Congratulations!

You have successfully completed this installation and performed your first HotSync

operation using the USB port on your computer.
